Salsa Verde


5 tomatillos, husked and well washed, quartered
1/4 bunch of scallions, roots and green ends trimmed, cut into big segements
3 garlic cloves, smashed
1 jalapenos, roughly chopped
Pinch of allspice
Salt to taste

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt.
