Red Onion Jam
Ingredients:
- 10 red onions, diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup red wine
- blended oil to coat pan
Preparation:
First add oil to pot and sweat onions, then add all other ingredients. Cook until liquid is reduced to jam consistency.
