Grilled Sugar Baby Watermelon


  • 1 Sugar Baby watermelon
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil


  • Wash watermelon rind and cut watermelon in half, then slice into about 1.  Cut rind off.
  • Sprinkle salt on watermelon and let it sit for 10-20 minutes.  Rinse salt off and dry the melon pieces.
  • Brush watermelon slices with olive oil and place on grill over medium high heat.  Cook until grill marks appear, about 3 minutes each side.

Great in salads or by itself!
