Crater Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups fruit of your choice (blueberries, raspberries, peaches, apples, etc.)
Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- flour and milk, as needed
Dough
- Grease and flour a 9 inch square pan (9 x 13 inch if doubling).
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients. Then add remaining ingredients through vanilla. Stir in blueberries.
- Spread into prepared pan.
Topping
- Combine all ingredients. Add flour and milk, about 3 tablespoons of each, to make a nice spreading consistency. Spread on top of dough.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
